SyncRPG provides users with two types of maps: standalone, "ready to go" maps, and map tiles intended to be snapped together to create custom dungeons. Both come with "vision-blocking" information embedded with the art, allowing them to be used with lighting and line-of-sight effects in the SyncRPG VTT with a simple drag-drop.
Try them yourself! Simply drag any "ready to go" map from the site into the VTT, and it will load as a new map, complete with the vision-blocking layer, ready to have player characters or NPCs dragged into it.
To try out map tiles, ensure you have the "background layer" selected in the VTT, and drag the tiles in as normal. Instead of creating a new map, the tiles will appear in the current map, and can then be rotated and snapped together to create dungeons as big or small as you need. When finished, drag the Apply VBL Macro into your Global Macros, select all the tiles, and mash the button.
